Room & Suite Features
Ascending to the first floor, you'll be greeted by a hand-crafted glass handrail that encircles an 18-foot chandelier. This floor houses a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hairdryers, bathroom amenities, and built-in wardrobes with designated suitcase storage space.
Living Space Features
The Nest at Garden Grove embody coastal modern design, efficiently utilising space while embracing the open plan living lifestyle. Upon entry from the private covered parking, you are greeted with custom-made décor, including two large picture windows overlooking your private plunge pool and a hidden powder room. The living area features a 56” flat-screen TV, an oversized Italian-designed sofa, a clamshell coffee table, and four mahogany armchairs, creating a perfect blend of style and comfort.
Kitchen & Dining Features
Wall-to-wall glass-paneled sliding doors welcome you into a private garden featuring a plunge pool, outdoor shower, and a dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is a beautifully crafted white marble kitchen with fully integrated appliances, including a nine-bottle wine refrigerator. The large island, equipped with three breakfast stools and a conveniently located outlet, serves as a versatile space for work or socializing.

Relax in a private garden with a plunge pool and an outdoor lounge area, conveniently located next to a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area for six. Open Plan Living
Your semi-covered parking provides privacy and direct access to your own front door. Inside, an open-plan kitchen and dining area leads to a private pool within the sun garden. The ground floor also features a dedicated TV snug and a powder room. The entire ground floor is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.
Bedrooms
The ground floor stairs lead to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an integrated wardrobe with suitcase storage. The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a bathroom; one is furnished with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds.

For the more adventurous, a variety of water sports are available for hire from the beach staff. Be aware that Ju Ju’s is a favorite among locals and tourists alike, so it tends to get very busy during lunch and at sundown when every seat is taken to witness the stunning sunsets.
